The first step in getting D and B Broadband internet access is completeing the service request form. After the form is submitted a staff member will see if your address qualifies for service. You will be contacted within 48 hours about this inquiry.
If you qualify for service you will be contacted to setup an installation appointment. This installation usually takes about 2 hours. During this time we will be asking for information about your house so we can mount the equipment needed for your internet access.
On the installation day a technician will need access into your home to connect our mounted equipment to your devices. In addition the tech will be installing an antenna on the outside of you home. This antenna looks similar to a satellite dish. After installation in complete you will be given access to a user portal so you can setup a payment method and have access to invoices.
